Wait, what's that?

Does she do this every year? Because I have to tell you, I am loving the fact that Martha is dressed up like me the year all my junior high friends and I saw The Craft. We would indignantly lace up our 20-eye Doc Martens while bitching about the inaccuracies of Sabrina the Teenage Witch and then head outside to "cast circles" in the front yard while we waited to get old enough to have sex with boys. And then we'd start a petition about something.
I love imagining Martha actually sitting in the makeup chair getting transformed into this Gene Simmons monstrosity that the website seems to think is her "Glampire" costume. Like we don't know she's dressed as Crystal Ravenblood, the fat goth girl from the local industrial club who loves maroon velvet, putting tiny braids in her hair, and fucking her way through the local employees of Hot Topic.
The best part is that the site has instructions for recreating her look. I know I'm late on this, but if anyone dresses up as Martha Stewart dressed up as a Glampire next year they will earn my undying devotion.

She actually looks good as a goth chick! Next Halloween, perhaps some goth chicks can try dressing up as Martha Stewart.
The cupcake recipes in this issue are pure crack.
Crystal Ravenblood... hahah you crack me up.
Interesting that she gothed herself out. Such a little tramp!
So I was asked to do a small stage performance for a local fetish party around Halloween last week. One of the skits, the girls and I decided to do a little BDSM. Theme was evil dominatrix pours stage blood on the subs and them whips the snot out of them with a flogger. There was more after that, but it's unimportant to the story. Well I didn't have a flogger just laying around and after looking online I found the prices to be around $50 for a cheap one. Well I didn't exactly feel up to blowing $50 on a flogger that would just get covered in stage blood.
Snagged one of the girls to be my helper and made my own flogger at home. One hour, $15 worth of leather string (about .5cm wide) and half a roll of electrical tape later... and I had my own martha stewart hand made flogger!!
Really quite easy, made it the same way I made my foot long hip tassels. My helper wanted to dress up and put on some frilly aprons to take pictures of the process to send in the Martha. Sadly... laziness, pizza, and a full arcade console of Rampage got in the way and we got distracted.
Wait. That's a PERSON?! I thought you were going to be like "look at this freakishly lifelike and yet profoundly inhuman Halloween doll."
Oh, yea. Martha totally digs Halloween. She goes all out every year with her magazine. I went to Michael's before Christmas, and they had a whole bunch of Martha Stewart Halloween crafty items. Yum.
You know when I first saw that cover, I thought, "Damn Elvira had a bad face day."
